CUI President Joins in Condemning Islamophobia and Antisemitism

The above link to the story in the Metro Section of the Sunday New York Time on Sunday, April 13, 2008 relates to the fact that.CUI took part in the taping of a public service announcement (PSA) condemning antisemitism and Islamophobia. This 30-second PSA will be aired during Ramadan (in September) and Jewish High Holy Days (in October) on CNN.

In November, the project involves getting mosques and synagogues to work together on some events that highlight the need for the two communities to counter the scourge of Islamophobia and antisemitism. CUI will help coordinate some of these projects, Insha Allah.
